This is the Los Angeles Halloween Convention that started it all. In 2013 at The Reef in Los Angeles Rick West and some of his friends put on a Halloween Convention in L.A. For entertainment Rick wanted a slider show. He hired Willie May to organize it that year. In 2014 Rick cut out the middle man and got the sliders to put together their own show. This was start of the Decayed Brigade. The DBs were at Scare L.A. at all its locations every year until its last year in 2017.
